Why Omega-3 Fatty Acids Are Essential for Heart and Brain

Omega-3 fatty acids are often called “essential fats” because the body cannot produce them on its own. These healthy fats, found in foods like salmon, flaxseeds, and walnuts, are vital for both heart and brain health.
